314.2 here to post a comment for this file on the message forum. Please note that performance improvements benefit all GeForce GTX graphics cards, though obviously to varying degrees. Looking forward to trying these with B. The only way to fix the issue is to disable SLI, force dedicated PhysX to one GPU or create a profile and force SFR rendering, the latter of which results in a longer than normal black screen as the loading screens are not shown.
