It syncs very well, piture is clear The base is great because it is designed to sit flat or on a monitor or notebook computer with ease. Mine is working, at least with skype Micro and Video.

It has a clear pic and the mic quuickcam works very well. I believe the camera is obsolete and cannot work with Windows 10 at all.
